- Arrange for sperm testing and female fertility screenings and tests, if required.
- Arrange all your accommodations India [near the clinic]
- Airport pick up and drop off
- Car pick up and drop from hotel to clinic for consultation with doctor [limited to 5 day duties]
- While your stay in India, a Guest Relationship Manager will be assigned to your facilitation services for the following services [will accompany you to facilitate you at all meetings
- First meeting and consultation with doctor [also attended by Mr. Pankaj Nagpal]
- All subsequent meeting and consultation with doctor
- Sample collection at the clinic
- Hormone injections at clinic and hotel and Ultrasound [for gestational surrogacy]
- Egg pick up at IVF clinic [donor / self]
- Embryo transfer at IVF clinic [surrogate]
- Legal document and signature by surrogate and her husband and lawyer’s fees for preparation of documents
- One day city tour of Delhi / Mumbai [chauffer driven car with guide]
- One day tour of Agra / Lonavala [chauffer driven car with guide]
- Email reports to you on regular basis [every 3 -4 weeks] on the health of the surrogate
- Ultrasound and other medical report emails
- All other communication by the Doctor and updates
- Likely date of delivery intimation and request your presence in Delhi for it.
- Baby delivery
- Arrange nanny and apartment
- Airport Pick Up
- Local Car [on payment]
- Handover of baby after birth from hospital to you
- Assistance in any medical care, Pediatrician required by baby, if any
- Ante Natal care of Surrogate
- Baby exit visa assistance –
- Birth certificate
- FRRO [Foreigners Regional Registration Office]Registration and NOC
- Apostille from Ministry of External Affairs
- Submission to embassy of your country and consular assistance
- Exit Lawyer services, if required, on payment
